Kachette is a multi-functional event and retail space located in two railway arches which formed part of the now defunct Shoreditch station constructed c.1860.

The site sat unused for 25 years before we secured change of use (from B8 storage to a mixed A1 retail and A3 restaurant) and approval for a full refit and extension linking the arches.

To make the space functional we added a green room, production office, kitchenette, cloakrooms, rear loading bay, disabled access, disabled toilets, catenary wire throughout and designed the electrical installation including rigging points and lighting trusses.

Overall the site is finished to a very high standard and benefits from exquisite Victorian brickwork, a high quality polished concrete floor and wrought iron features such as the staircase and stunning handcrafted front door.
