Happiness Forgets

Happiness Forgets is an award winning cocktail bar run by cocktail specialist Alistair Burgess. It is the winner of Best Bar in Europe at Cocktails and Spirits 2013, and 6th Best Bar in The World at Drinks International 2013.

Located in a basement on Hoxton Square, hidden behind unassuming doors, you enter a space brimming with vintage charm. The space is dark and intriguing, with a hint of familiarity. It is small, comfortable and always buzzing with happy customers.

It’s not upmarket or polished and that’s what gives the real charm. The walls are exposed brick painted in a deep plum, lowly lit by carefully sourced vintage lighting.
