Kachette

Kachette is a multi-functional event and retail space located in two Shoreditch railway arches.

The site sat unused for 25 years before we secured change of use and approval for a full refit.

We added a green room, production office, kitchenette, cloakrooms, rear loading bay, disabled access, disabled toilets, and designed the electrical installation.

Overall the site is finished to a very high standard and benefits from exquisite Victorian brickwork, a high quality polished concrete floor and wrought iron features such as the staircase and stunning handcrafted front door.
