Randolph Avenue Phase 2

Following our successful renovation of this apartment back in 2019, the owners purchased the flat above and we were given the challenge of combining the two flats into one unified dwelling.

Through a series of alterations we created living spaces that are modern and yet sensitive to the building’s Grade II listed status. A new staircase is the star of the show with oak engineered treads, a curved handrail in ash and spindles in antique brass finish, that provides the perfect backdrop to the re-imagined living room.
